职业院校志愿服务项目管理研究 ——以江苏省无锡交通高等职业技术学校为例

Study on Volunteer Service Activities Project Management in Vocational Colleges

在明确职业院校志愿服务项目概念的前提下,以江苏省无锡交通高等职业技术学校为例,依据项目生命周期理论,研究得出职业院校志愿服务项目生命周期各阶段存在启动主动性不强、项目开展无秩序、执行期实施效果差、结束期收尾匆忙等问题。针对这些问题,提出职业院校志愿服务项目应提高重视程度,认真科学评估,全力做好规划,同时还要把握执行期要点,注重项目结束期收尾工作。

On the premise of clarifying the concept of voluntary service projects in vocational colleges,taking Jiangsu Wuxi Institute of Communications Technology as an example,based on the project life cycle theory,the study found some problems,such as weak initiative to start,disorderly development of the project,poor implementation effect in execution phase,rush to close in closeout phase and etc.In response to these problems,it is proposed that voluntary service projects in vocational colleges should be given more attention,scientifically and carefully evaluated,and be fully planned.At the same time,it is necessary to grasp the key points of the implementation period and focus on the recommendations of the end of the project.
