摘要
渗滤液处理工程全程耗电量一般为30~40度电/m^3,其中渗滤液站鼓风机的能耗占总处理能耗比例较大,约占到整个处理工艺的50%左右。老港应急渗滤液处理工程采用罗茨风机时,曝气电耗约为15.8度电/m^3。通过能源合同管理,采用空气悬浮鼓风机替代罗茨风机,曝气系统耗电量降至11.5度电/m^3,2年左右能回收全部成本。和罗茨风机相比,空气悬浮风机节能效果好,经济效益明显,可在渗滤液处理工程中进一步推广应用。
The power consumption of the whole process of the leachate treatment project is generally 30~40 kwh/m^3, in which the energy consumption of the air blower accounts for a large proportion of the total treatment energy consumption, its about 50 % of the whole treatment process. When roots blower is used in the Laogang emergency leachate treatment project, the power consumption of aeration is about 15.8 kwh/m^3.Through energy contract management, air suspension blower is used to replace roots blower, and the power consumption of aeration system is reduced to 11.5 kwh/m^3, and all costs are recovered in about 2 years. Compared with Roots fan, air suspension fan has better energy saving effect and obvious economic benefit, which can be further applied in other leachate treatment project.
