摘要
目的:建立一种非线性电化学指纹图谱技术对不同批次红景天软膏进行质量控制的方法。方法:采用H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-Br O3-的振荡体系,以铂电极作指示电极、饱和甘汞电极作参比电极,以实验室自制的不同批次的红景天软膏为耗散底物,在一定的实验条件下应用电化学工作站记录该化学振荡体系中电位E随时间t之间发生的变化,即可得到不同批次的红景天软膏的电化学指纹图谱。结果:红景天软膏剂电化学指纹图谱重现性良好,不同批次间的电化学指纹图谱特征参数基本一致。结论:采用电化学指纹图谱法可快速对不同批次的红景天软膏进行质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method of non-linear electrochemical fingerprint technology for quality control of different batches of Rhodiola ointment. Method: Adopt H+-Mn2+-CH3 COCH3-Br O3 oscillation system, use platinum electrode as indicator electrode and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, and use different batches of Rhodiola ointment made in the laboratory as dissipative substrate. Under certain experimental conditions, an electrochemical workstation was used to record the change of the potential E in the chemical oscillation system with time t, and the electrochemical fingerprints of different batches of Rhodiola ointment could be obtained. Results: The reproducibility of the electrochemical fingerprint of Rhodiola ointment was good, and the characteristic parameters of the electrochemical fingerprint of different batches were basically the same. Conclusion: Using the electrochemical fingerprint method can quickly control the quality of different batches of Rhodiola ointment.
