摘要
目前,非酒精性脂肪肝病作为一个热门医学话题,其发病率正呈逐年增高的态势,且越来越趋于年轻化,现已得到人们的广泛关注。芹菜素(API)是一种天然黄酮类化合物,含有多种药理活性。大量文献也充分说明芹菜素对非酒精性脂肪肝疾病起到积极预防和治疗的作用,主要是通过干扰炎性介质释放、改善胰岛素敏感性、调节脂质代谢相关基因表达以及抗氧化作用等。
At present, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a hot medical topic, and its incidence is increasing year by year, and it is getting younger and younger, which has been widely concerned by people. Apigenin(API) is a kind of natural flavonoids with many pharmacological activities. A large number of literatures also fully show that apigenin plays an active role in the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. mainly by interfering with the release of inflammatory mediators, improving insulin sensitivity, regulating the expression of genes related to lipid metabolism and antioxidation.
