新工科建设背景下,随着各学科间交叉深度融合,对实验教师队伍的建设提出了新的要求。我校作为应用型本科院校,在实验队伍建设方面还面临师资力量匮乏、管理模式单一和发展不平衡等问题。结合学校实际情况,实行优化实验队伍管理模式、规划岗位布局、建立激励机制和完善进修培训"四位一体"的实验队伍建设改革措施,为实验队伍稳定可持续发展提供了思路。

Under the background of new engineering construction, with the deep integration of different disciplines, new requirements are put forward for the construction of experimental teachers. As an application-oriented undergraduate college, our university is also faced with the problems of lack of teachers, single management mode and unbalanced development in the construction of experimental team. Combined with the actual situation of the school, the reform measures of optimizing the management mode of the experimental team, planning the post layout, establishing the incentive mechanism and improving the "four in one" of the advanced training are carried out, which provides ideas for the stable and sustainable development of the experimental team.
