摘要
污泥焚烧处理正在国内外不断得到广泛应用。2015年欧盟污泥焚烧量达128.82万吨、焚烧处理占比41.3%,其中荷兰、瑞士、德国等国污泥以焚烧处理为主。日本66.9%的污水处理厂污泥进行焚烧。自石洞口污泥焚烧工程投运后,我国各地也开展了较多污泥焚烧、与燃煤电厂和生活垃圾焚烧厂掺烧的工程实践,并对其烟气、飞灰等二次污染物开展了分析。以上海的实践为基础,提出了行业未来发展的思考。
The incineration method of sewage sludge is now widely applied at home and abroad. In 2015, 128.82×104 t sludge was incinerated, which was 41.3 % of all the sludge in EU. Incineration was the main method in Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany. 66.9 % of sewage sludge from WWTP was incinerated in Japan. With the commission of Shanghai Shidongkou Project, more and more practices of sewage incineration were developed in China, including co-incineration with coal and MSW. In the meanwhile, the secondary pollutants were analyzed, such as exhaust gas and APC-residue. On the basis of Shanghai cases, development considerations were proposed for the sector.
