某工业企业遗留地块土壤和地下水污染状况初步调查研究

Preliminary Investigation and Study on the Pollution Status of Soil and Groundwater in the Land Remaining of some Industrial Enterprises

长三角地区某工业企业遗留地块已停产拆除,地块的未来利用规划属于一类用地。为了保障地块再开发利用的环境安全,对该地块开展了土壤和地下水污染状况初步调查研究。第一阶段的调查结果显示,地块存在工业企业生产活动,需进行第二阶段现场采样调查。采用专业判断的方法在地块内共布设了39个土壤监测点位、12个地下水监测点位和1个对照监测点位。调查结果显示地块土壤和地下水环境质量符合一类用地标准,可进行后续开发利用。

The land left by an industrial enterprise in Yangtze River Delta region has been discontinued and demolished, and the future use of the land belongs to the first type of land. In order to ensure the environmental safety of land redevelopment and utilization, a preliminary investigation and study on the soil and groundwater pollution status was carried out on the land. The results of the first stage of the survey show that there are industrial activities in the land, and the second stage of on-site sampling survey is required. Using professional judgment methods, 39 soil sampling points, 12 groundwater sampling points and 1 control monitoring point were arranged in the land. The survey results show that the environmental quality of soil and groundwater in the land can meet the first-type land use standards, and can be used for subsequent development and utilization.
