The morality, quality and behavior of teachers in chemical vocational colleges is the key to ensure the talents of high quality in vocational colleges,and it is also the cornerstone of the construction of spiritual civilization in modern chemical industry. With the help of image etiquette training, morality, quality and behavior of teachers can be effectively improved. In this paper, we discussed several aspects, including its importance, current situation and training countermeasures.
