目前铸件的清理打磨环境恶劣、劳动强度大、人工成本高、招工难,客户对铸件外观质量要求也越来越高。为解决产品种类多、形状结构不同的铸件打磨问题,需要改变现在的手工打磨方式,采用自动打磨系统,实现自动完成铸件毛坯的打磨工作。
