摘要
目前铸件的清理打磨环境恶劣、劳动强度大、人工成本高、招工难,客户对铸件外观质量要求也越来越高。为解决产品种类多、形状结构不同的铸件打磨问题,需要改变现在的手工打磨方式,采用自动打磨系统,实现自动完成铸件毛坯的打磨工作。
At present,the cleaning and grinding environment of castings is harsh,the labor intensity is high,the labor cost is high,and the recruitment is difficult.Customers have increasingly higher requirements on the appearance quality of castings.In order to solve the problem of grinding castings with many product types and different shapes & structures,it is necessary to change the current manual grinding method and adopt an automatic grinding system to realize the grinding work of casting blanks automatically.
