摘要
3D打印机打印过程是逐层堆砌打印,在实际的工业生产中,打印机在每次生产砂芯时,都会执行打印测试纸操作。在这个过程中,每次都是人工操作,无测试纸,需手动进行添纸,而通过3D打印自动传送测试纸装置,可以减少人为干涉。该装置主要包括转动轴的定位、图像识别采集到电脑系统存储、程序控制。具体原理是在电脑屏幕上点击运行操作,发送指令,设备自动运行,伺服驱动器根据程序指令驱动轴转动,相应动作运行,根据设定的距离进行定位,图像采集系统进行图像采集存储,运行动作结束,装置等待下一次运行。基于3D打印自动传送测试纸装置可以提升生产流水线工作安全性、提升打印效率、降低人力成本以及推动智能化发展。
The printing process of 3D printers is layer-by-layer printing.In actual industrial production,the printer will execute the test paper printing operation every time it produces a sand core.In this process,each time is manual operation,there is no test paper,which need paper adding manually.But the automatic conveying test paper by use of 3D printing can reduce the human interference.The device mainly includes the positioning of the rotating shaft,the image recognition and acquisition,the computer system storage,and the program control.The specific principle is to click the operation on the computer screen,send instructions,the device automatically runs,the servo driver drives the shaft to rotate according to the program instructions,the corresponding operation runs,positioning performs according to the set distance,the image acquisition system performs image acquisition and storage,and the operation ends.The unit waits for the next run.The automatic conveying test paper unit on the basis of 3D printing can improve the safety of production line work and printing efficiency,reduce labor costs,and promote intelligent development.
