摘要 低熔点液态金属的应用十分广泛,涉及核工业、热浸镀、压铸工业等,近年来更是在液态金属电池、计算机技术、生物靶向给药等多个领域得到迅猛发展。而液态金属带来的腐蚀与流动空化损伤问题不容小觑,是当前制约各个行业高速发展的重要原因之一。综述了工业领域中各类液态金属腐蚀的进展以及液态金属空化腐蚀近况,并讨论了液态金属腐蚀的主要机理和防护对策。 The application of low melting point liquid metals is very extensive,involving the nuclear industry,hot dip plating,die casting industry and etc.In recent years,it has been rapidly developed in many fields such as liquid metal batteries,computer technology,and biological targeted drug delivery.The problems of corrosion and flow cavitation damage caused by liquid metals cannot be underestimated,which are currently one of the important reasons restricting the rapid development of various industries.The progress of various types of liquid metal corrosion in the industrial field and the recent status of liquid metal cavitation corrosion have been reviewed,and the main mechanisms and protective countermeasures of liquid metal corrosion have been discussed.
