摘要
通过对合金成分的优化设计,对熔炼、铸造、热处理工艺的试验研究获得该材料组织为针状马氐体+碳化物+残余奥氏体,HRC≥50,冲击韧性αk≥20J/m^2,提高了球磨机衬板的性能。装机试验结果表明,用该合金制作的球磨机衬板在冶金矿山湿式磨机中的使用寿命可以达到高锰钢的1.5倍以上。
Througth optimized design of alloy composition and experimental research on smelting,casting and heat treatment processes,the material structure has been obtained as acicular martensite+carbide+Paralympic with HRC ≥ 50 and impact toughness ak ≥ 20 J/m^2.The performance of the ball mill liner has been improved.The installation test results show that the service life of the ball mill liner made of the alloy in the wet mill of metallurgical mines can reach more than 1.5 times that of high manganese steel.
