摘要
通过对180汽缸盖结构分析进行铸造工艺的设计,并辅助计算机模拟技术对工艺进行检验。经过不断的试验及改进,设计出能够满足技术要求的铸造工艺,并保证汽缸盖的产品质量。
Through the analysis of the structure of the 180 cylinder head,the design of the casting process has been carried out,and the computer simulation technology has been used to check the process.After continuous testing and improvement,a casting process that meets the technical requirements has been designed,and the product quality of the cylinder head has been guaranteed.
