青年生命危机行为探析——基于生命观的视角

Brief Analysis of Adolescent Life Crisis Behaviorfrom the Perspective of View of Life

生命危机行为即关乎生命的危险或过激行为。青年生命危机行为具有巨大的社会负面影响。基于生命观的视角,依从质性研究范式,主要通过对22例青年生命危机行为的报道进行文本分析后发现:此行为特征包括对象多样性、行为极端性与诱因微小性,其实质是行为实施者淡薄的生命意识与贫瘠的心理资本,并从生命认知背景与精神阈值两方面进行成因分析,在积极心理学理论框架下,按照“表里兼治、防患未然”的思路,从家庭与学校这两个生命观启蒙与养成的重要场所入手,提出青年生命危机行为的消解策略。

Life crisis behavior refers to the dangerous or excessive behavior related to life.Adolescent life crisis behavior has huge negative social effect.Based on qualitative research paradigm from the view of life,text analysis on 22 cases of adolescent life crisis behavior has been conducted.Conclusion is that the main features of such behavior include diverse objects,extreme behavior and minute causes.The core problem is the faint life consciousness and fragile psychological capital.The research also includes a cause analysis in the perspectives of life cognition and spiritual threshold.With the theory of positive psychology and the method of“both internal and external factors as well as effective precaution”,the solving strategy could be proposed based on family and school,where the view of life is enlightened and cultivated.
