花椰菜黑腐病苗期抗性鉴定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为建立快速、高效的花椰菜黑腐病苗期抗性鉴定技术,以黑腐病病原Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestiss为菌源,高感黑腐病的花椰菜品种Y1-2为试验材料,研究了接种菌液浓度、苗龄、接种方法以及发病温度等因素对抗病性鉴定的影响,建立了优化的花椰菜黑腐病人工接种方法。结果表明,抗病性接种适宜条件为接种菌液浓度为1×108CFU/mL,接种时期为4~5叶期,喷雾法接种,发病温度28℃。该方法鉴定结果能够客观反映花椰菜品种的抗病性。 In order to develop a rapid and efficient technique for evaluation of resistance to black rot by using artificial inoculation with the pathogenic Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestiss and the cauliflower variety Y1-2,the effects of inoculation concentration,seedling age,inoculation method and temperature were studied.The optimizing artificial inoculation methods for black rot identification were set up.The results showed that the key procedure was praying inoculum liquor of 1×108 CFU/mL on seedling with 4-5 true leaves stage keeping at 28℃.The identification results of the established assessment system can objectively and effectively reflect the resistance of cauliflower.
