霍山石斛薄层鉴别研究

Study on TLC Identification of Dendrobium huoshanense

[目的]研究霍山石斛薄层鉴别方法,为霍山石斛质量标准的制定提供依据。[方法]采用薄层色谱法对霍山石斛、铁皮石斛、细茎石斛、河南石斛进行定性鉴别。[结果]霍山石斛能明显地区别于铁皮石斛、细茎石斛及河南石斛。[结论]已确定的薄层鉴别方法操作简单、可靠、专属性强,可以用于霍山石斛的薄层鉴别。

[Objective]To establish a method to indentify Dendrobium huoshanense by TLC,and to provide basis for establishment of quality standard of D.huoshanense.[Method]TLC was used for the qualitative identification of D.huoshanense,Dendrobiun officinale Kimura et Migo,Dendrobium moniliforme(L.)Sw.and Dendrobium henanense J.L.Lu et L.X.Gao.[Result]D.huoshanense was significantly different from D.officinale,D.moniliforme and D.henanense.[Conclusion]The established method is simple,reliable and specific.It can be used in the qualitative identification of D.huoshanense.
