摘要 发展农民职业教育培训是实现我国农业农村现代化总目标的重要途径之一,国家高度重视该项工作,经过多年发展,各方面虽已取得了明显进步,但当前仍普遍存在培训针对性、实效性不强,农民积极性不高的问题,用于评价基层农民教育培训工作实效性的指标还比较少,导致很难通过评价反馈问题、有针对性地改进。为了构建基层农民教育培训的评价体系,在概述我国农民培训需求的基础上,梳理了农民职业教育培训评价标准的研究及运用,分析认为应从培训条件、实施过程、培训成效3个层次设置16个评价指标建立农民职业教育培训评价标准。 The development of vocational education and training for farmers is one of the important ways to achieve the overall goal of agricultural and rural modernization in China.The state attaches great importance to this work.After years of development,it has made obvious progress in all aspects.However,there are still problems that the training is not targeted,the effectiveness is not strong,and the enthusiasm of farmers is not high.The indicators used to evaluate the effectiveness of the grassroots farmers’education and training work are still relatively small,making it difficult to improve through evaluation feedback.In order to build an evaluation system for farmers’education and training at the grassroots level,on the basis of summarizing the needs of farmers’training in China,the research and application of evaluation standards for farmers’vocational education and training are organized.The analysis believes that 16 evaluation indicators should be set up from the three levels of training conditions,implementation process,and training effectiveness to establish evaluation standards for farmers’vocational education and training.
