摘要
针对旅游纪念品开发过程中存在的难以预先把握消费者满意度的问题,基于KANO模型提出23个旅游纪念品满意度评价指标,并对旅游纪念品的满意度评价指标进行调查分析,建立旅游纪念品评价指标权重体系,并藉此提出对应的旅游纪念品开发策略,为旅游纪念品的开发设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to grasp consumers’satisfaction in advance in the process of developing tourist souvenirs,23 satisfaction evaluation indices of tourist souvenir are put forward and investigate and analyze on the satisfaction evaluation indices of tourist souvenirs are done based on KANO model.With the establishment of the evaluation index weighting system of tourist souvenirs,corresponding development strategy of tourist souvenirs is put forward,which providing reference for the development and design of tourist souvenirs.
