摘要
就当前工业产业升级和国家对服务型装备中的人员装备需求,对比近年来国内外在外骨骼领域的设计成果,完成了对上肢外骨骼形态及其机构的设计,装备根据对上肢活动生物学的分析,和对上肢活动关节结构及自由度进行的描述为基础。针对工业生产场景,上肢外骨骼进行了具有针对性地减震及其多自由度设定,为外骨骼在多场景下的适用设计提供了设计方案,也为今后的外骨骼设计提供可参考依据。
On the current industrial upgrade and national service of personnel and equipment requirements of equipment,contrast design achievements in the field of exoskeleton at home and abroad in recent years,completed the design of arm exoskeletons and its mechanism,equipment according to the analysis of biological activity,and joints on upper limb activity based on the description of structure and the degree of freedom.In view of the industrial production scene,the upper limb exoskeleton is designed to absorb shock and set its multi-degree of freedom,which provides a design scheme for the applicable design of the exoskeleton in multiple scenes and provides a reference for the future exoskeleton design.
