摘要
通过深入分析钢筋滚轧直螺纹接头施工现场连接质量问题原因,论文提出其相应质量控制措施,包括施工质量管理部门严格钢筋滚轧直螺纹接头工艺检验,加强施工过程关键技术管理,质量管理人员坚持见证随机截取试件、送检以及规范检测验收等。实践证明:钢筋滚轧直螺纹接头质量可控,接头外观质量和力学性能均可满足国家现行标准的相关要求。
Based on an in-depth analysis of the reasons for connection quality problems in the construction site of steel rolling straight thread joints,the corresponding quality control measures are proposed in this paper,including the construction quality management department to strictly steel rolling straight thread joint technology inspection,strengthening the construction process of key technology management,quality management personnel to witness the random interception of specimens,as well as standardized inspection and acceptance.Practice has proved that,with those measures the quality of the straight thread joint is controllable,the appearance and mechanical properties of the joint can meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards.
