Analysis on Dialectical Relationship between Safety Quality and Rapid Construction

在工程施工过程中,安全质量和快速化施工存在对立统一的关系,如何严格控制施工进度、安全与质量,保证它们之间的平衡,确保整个工程的顺利建成与按时交付,往往成为矛盾体。论文主要结合中铁大桥局太原项目群的快速化施工案例,通过影响因素分析,深入探讨了安全质量管理与施工进度管理的辩证关系,提出了新的管理办法和管理手段,实现了施工进度管理和安全质量管理的相辅相成和有机统一。

In the process of project construction,there is a unity of opposites between safety quality and rapid construction.How to strictly control the construction progress,safety and quality,and ensure the balance between them,thus ensure the smooth completion and timely delivery of the whole project,often becomes a contradiction.Based on the rapid construction case of Taiyuan projects of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper through the analysis of influencing factors,discusses the dialectical relationship between safety and quality management and construction progress management,explores new management methods and means,and achieve a complementary and organic result between construction progress management and safety and quality management.
