Based on the panel data of 10 provinces in eastern China from 2008 to 2017,this paper constructs a model to explore the factors influencing the development of producer services in China from the perspective of marketization of technological elements and intellectual property protection. It is found that the higher the proportion of enterprise capital, the higher the level of technology marketization;the higher the level of economic development, the more perfect the intellectual property protection system;the marketization of technical elements and the protection system of intellectual property rights can effectively promote the development of producer services and high-end producer services, and the effect of technology marketization is the most obvious;under the influence of "optimum intensity" of intellectual property protection, the joint effect of marketization of technological elements and intellectual property protection fails to produce a positive impact;the exclusion of low-end manufacturing industry to technology restricts the development of production factors such as knowledge and technology, resulting in the impact of marketization of technological factors and intellectual property protection on high-end producer services less than on the overall producer services.
