焦炉煤气应用现状及发展趋势

Application status and development trend of coke oven gas

作为焦化厂的副产物,焦炉煤气是一种具有很大应用潜力的的富氢气体。然而大部分的煤气被直接燃烧掉,甚至直接排放到空气中,这种处理方式造成资源浪费和能源效率低下,近年来研究者提出了几种焦炉煤气利用方法。为了更好地利用焦炉煤气,实现资源综合利用、节能减排、保护环境,综合分析了焦炉煤气的组成及其综合利用方案,并讨论了它们的主要优缺点,以期探索未来焦炉煤气的应用方向。

As a by-product of coking plant,coke oven gas is a hydrogen-rich gas with great application potential.However,most of the gas is directly burned or even discharged into the air,which leads to waste of resources and low energy efficiency.In recent years,researchers have put forward several utilization methods of coke oven gas.In order to make better use of coke oven gas,realize the comprehensive utilization of resources,save energy,reduce emissions and protect the environment.In this paper,the composition and utilization scheme of coke oven gas are analyzed synthetically,and their main advantages and disadvantages are discussed in order to explore the application direction of coke oven gas in the future.
