this paper introduces the use of QC tools for the 200 kt/a sulfur acid plant hypergravity desulfurization machine short operation cycle,high equipment failure rate,through QC tools to achieve the purpose of reducing equipment failure and prolonging the operation cycle.To achieve the company’s potential efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction goals,greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the super-heavy desulfurization machine,create good economic benefits.
