某石化硫磺回收装置运行情况浅析

某石化公司12×10^4t/a硫磺回收装置自2018年8月开工,运行至今进入到硫磺回收装置运行末期。通过硫磺回收装置日常操作状态的分析,发现目前装置制硫部分存在问题,并产生原因进行了分析,以期为以后装置的开工、正常运行提供有效参考。硫磺回收装置是环保型装置,其长周期安全稳定达标运行是全公司"安、稳、长、满、优"运行最基础的保证。

This paper introduces the sulfur recovery unit of 12×10^4 t/a of a petrochemical company,which started in august 2018,and has been running until the end of the operation of the sulfur recovery unit.Through the analysis of the daily operation state of the sulfur recovery unit,it is found that there are problems in the sulfur production part of the unit at present and the cause analysis,in order to provide an effective reference for the start-up and normal operation of the unit in the future.Sulfur recovery unit is an environment-friendly unit,its long-term safe and stable operation is the company’s"safe,stable,long,full,excellent"operation of the most basic guarantee.
