石油是我国重要的化石能源,为我国经济发展做出了重要的贡献。而抽油机械设备为保障石油开采发挥着重要的作用。但是很多石油企业在日常管理过程中缺乏对于机械设备的保养和维护,导致抽油机运转过程中经常出现各种故障。掌握这些故障,对于提高抽油机机械设备的使用寿命和运行效率发挥着重要的作用。在此基础上就抽油机常见的故障以及如何维护管理的相关问题做了一些探索,从而更好地提高抽油机的使用效率。

oil is an important fossil energy in China,which has made an important contribution to the economic development of China.Pumping machinery and equipment play an important role in ensuring oil exploitation.However,many oil companies lack of maintenance of mechanical equipment in the daily management process,which leads to various failures in the operation process of pumping units.Mastering these failures plays an important role in improving the service life and operation efficiency of mechanical equipment of pumping units.On this basis,this paper makes some exploration on the common faults of pumping units and how to maintain and manage them,so as to improve the efficiency of pumping units.
