摘要
中小学教师工作日趋高强度、高密度,已经严重影响了中小学教师的教学热情和工作积极性。中小学教师的负担来源众多,主要有教学性事务、学校行政性事务以及社会摊派事务。教师的核心工作是教学,可非教学性事务却占用了教师大量的时间和精力,使得教师长期处于超负荷工作状态,对学生的学习和成长产生了很多负面影响。所以,为教师减负,迫在眉睫,可以通过落实减负法令、改变评价方式、改变管理理念和管理方式等措施将教师减负落到实处。
The work of primary and secondary school teachers has become increasingly intensive and high density,which has seriously affected the teaching enthusiasm and work enthusiasm of primary and secondary school teachers.The burden of primary and secondary school teachers comes from many sources,including teaching affairs,school administration affairs and social apportionment affairs.The core work of teachers is teaching,but non-teaching affairs take up a lot of teachers’time and energy,which makes teachers overwork for a long time and has a lot of negative impact on students’learning and growth.Therefore,it is urgent to reduce teachers’burden by implementing the law of reducing teachers’burden,changing the way of evaluation,changing the concept of management and the way of management.
