应用生物电阻抗法分析广西百色市壮族儿童青少年肌肉发育特点

目的:应用生物电阻抗法测量广西百色市壮族儿童青少年身体各部肌肉质量的数值,探讨壮族儿童青少年肌肉发育特点与规律。方法:在知情同意的情况下,随机整群抽取广西百色市1166例(男为591例,女为575例)7~16岁壮族健康儿童青少年作为研究对象,应用体成分分析仪对所有受试者进行测量,得出全身肌肉量、躯干肌肉量、右上肢、左上肢、右下肢、左下肢肌肉量,所有数据均用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:广西百色市壮族儿童青少年的全身肌肉量、躯干肌肉量、四肢肌肉量均随年龄增长而增加,在11岁之前几乎没有性别差异;11岁之后,以上各项都出现性别间的差异,均表现为男性大于女性(P<0.01),并且年龄越增长,差异越明显。结论:广西壮族儿童青少年肌肉含量随年龄变化特点符合一般儿童青少年发育的正常规律。广西壮族儿童青少年肌肉发育存在性别差异。广西壮族儿童青少年身体各部肌肉含量与广西苗族青少年身体各部肌肉含量有一定差异。

Objective:To measure the muscle mass of Zhuang ethnicity teenagers in Baise Guangxi by using bioelectrical impedance analysis method,and to investigate the muscle distribution characteristics and rule of Zhuang ethnicity teenagers.Methods:We randomly selected 1166 healthy Zhuang ethnicity teenagers(591 males,575 females)who had signed the informed consent.We detected all subjects with the body composition analyzer,and concluded the total muscle mass,trunk muscle mass,right upper limb,left upper limb,right lower limb,left lower limb muscle mass,all the data were analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 software.Results:The total muscle mass,trunk muscle mass and limb mass of males were all more than those of females in all age groups of Zhuang ethnicity teenagers in Baise Guangxi(P<0.01).In general,the muscle mass of Zhuang ethnicity teenagers in Baise Guangxi increased with age,males’increasing trend was more pronounced.Conclusion:The development of the muscle mass of Zhuang ethnicity teenagers in Baise Guangxi was coincided with the normal regulation of the physical development of the teenagers.There were gender difference and was different from Miao ethnicity teenagers in Guangxi.
