摘要
为解决智慧校园可持续发展这一复杂问题,文章首先构建了基于WSR方法论的智慧校园可持续发展状态分析框架,并对当前智慧校园可持续发展状态进行了分析。接着,文章以此框架为基础,设计了以物理维度、事理维度、人理维度为一级指标的智慧校园可持续发展综合评价指标体系,并引入改进AHP-FCE模型来实施智慧校园可持续发展的综合评价。然后,文章以北京建筑大学为例进行了智慧校园可持续发展综合评价,判断其可持续发展综合水平的等级为"良好",而人理维度的等级为"一般",据此提出着重改善人文管理的对策。最后,文章提出"循环治理、持续优化"的智慧校园可持续发展路径,以期推动智慧校园的良性、可持续发展。
In order to solve the complex problem of sustainable development of smart campus,the paper firstly constructed the analytical framework of the sustainable development status of smart campus based on Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology,and analyzed the sustainable development status of current smart campus.Subsequently,based on this framework,the paper designed the comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable development of smart campus with Wuli,Shili and Renli dimensions as the first-level indicators.Further,the improved AHP-FCE(analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation)model was introduced to implement the comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development of smart campus.Then,taking the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as an example,the paper conducted the comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development of smart campus sustainable development,and judged its sustainable development comprehensive level was"good",and the rank of its human dimension was"general",and the countermeasures to improve humanistic management were put forward accordingly.Finally,the sustainable development path of smart campus of"circular governance,continuous optimization"was proposed,expecting to promote the healthy and sustainable development of smart campus.
