广东省省级节约型公共机构示范单位评价方法研究

Evaluation Method for Provincial Demonstration Unit of Energysaving Public Institutions in Guangdong Province

公共机构是能源资源消耗的重要主体之一,积极开展节约型公共机构示范单位创建活动,可有效发挥公共机构在节能减排工作的示范引领作用。本文通过调研广东省公共机构的能源资源消耗现状,分析广东省公共机构的用能特点以及节能工作存在的主要问题,对广东省省级节约型公共机构示范单位的评价方法进行研究,为广东省省级示范单位创建提供参考。

Public institutions, as one of the important areas of energy and resource consumption, should actively carry out the activities of establishing the demonstration unit of energy-saving public institutions, which can effectively play the exemplary and leading role of public institutions in the work of energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the research of the current situation of energy and resources consumption of public institutions in Guangdong province, this paper analyzed the characteristics of energy consumption and the main problems in energy efficiency work of public institutions in Guangdong province, and studied the evaluation method of provincial demonstration unit of energy-saving public institutions, so as to provide reference for the establishment of the provincial demonstration units in Guangdong province.
