摘要
居住建筑的节能效果受多方面因素影响。本文从建筑设计规划、围护结构热工性能、设备节能效果、节能管理环境四个方面,通过定性与定量结合的方法选取19个指标,运用AHP(层次分析法)模型建立对居住建筑节能效果评价的综合指标体系,并建立判断矩阵计算各个因素对总目标的影响权重。通过模型构建可知围护结构热工性能和建筑设计规划对居住建筑的节能效果影响大。本文所建立的指标体系可在一定程度上为提升居住建筑节能效果提供方向,有一定的理论和实践意义。
The energy-saving effect of residential buildings is affected by many factors. From the four aspects of architectural design and planning, thermal performance of enclosure structure, energy-saving effect of equipment and energy-saving management environment, this paper selects 19 indexes by the method of qualitative and quantitative combination, utilizes AHP(analytic hierarchy process) model to establish a comprehensive index system for the energy efficiency evaluation of residential building, and establishes a judgment matrix to calculate the influence weight of each factor on the overall goal. Through the analysis of the weight of each factor, we can know that the thermal performance of enclosure structure and architectural design and planning have great influence on the energy-saving effect of residential buildings. The index system established in this paper can provide direction for improving the energy-saving effect of residential buildings to some extent, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
