浅谈医疗建筑节能降耗关键技术与对策

摘要 医疗是民生的重点领域,医疗建筑节能受到广泛关注。医疗建筑在公共建筑中的比例不高,然而医院建筑结构复杂,占地面积大,医疗设备和建筑设备众多,能耗水平仅次于大型商业建筑。近年来,国家加大了建筑节能改造的力度,医疗领域建筑节能降耗成为当今研究的热点。本文研究分析了医疗建筑节能的特点和关键技术,医疗建筑节能存在的问题,最后提出了相关政策性措施和建议,旨在为医疗领域建筑节能研究提供参考。 Medical treatment is the key area of people’s livelihood, and the EE development of medical buildings has been widely concerned. Although the proportion of medical buildings in public buildings is not high, the hospital building is a complex structure covering a large area with numerous medical equipment and construction equipment, and the energy consumption level is second only to large-scale commercial buildings. In recent years, our country has increased the intensity of building energy-saving transformation, and building energy saving and consumption reduction in the medical field has become a hot research topic. This paper studies and analyzes the energy-saving characteristics and key technologies as well as the main existing problems of medical buildings. Finally it puts forward relevant policy measures and suggestions, which can provide reference for the energy saving research in medical buildings.
