摘要
施工员是建设工程施工的基层技术和管理人员,在施工项目中有着举足轻重的地位。为了全面评价建筑工程施工员的胜任力,本研究综合采用了行为事件访谈法和一般性访谈,初步筛选出了建筑工程施工员的胜任力指标,并通过预试问卷调查进一步对指标进行凝练,再利用SPSS软件对正式问卷调查回收的数据进行信度和效度检验,使用因子分析法,提炼出了4个公因子,并对公因子进行命名和分析,从而确立了建筑工程施工员胜任力评价指标体系。通过本文的研究,能够加深对建筑工程施工员胜任力的认识,在一定程度上拓展了胜任力的应用范围,为实现基于施工员胜任力评价模型的人力资源精细化管理提供了方法和工具。
Foremen are the basic level technicians and managers of engineering construction and play an important role in construction projects. In order to comprehensively evaluate the competency of a foreman, the behavior event interview and general interview were carried out respectively on foremen and project managers so as to preliminarily screen out the competence indexes of architectural engineering foremen. The competency indexes of foremen were further screened out through pre-test questionnaire survey, and the SPSS software was used to implement reliability and validity test on the data collected from formal questionnaires. Through factor analysis method, four common factors were extracted, named and analyzed to establish evaluation system of foremen’s competence in engineering construction, which proposed a profound understanding of foremen’s competence. Apart from expanding the application scope of competence, it provided methods as well as tools for realizing future refined management of human resources based on the evaluation model of foremen’s competence.
