Urban Spatial Differentiation Design Based on the Concept of Gentrification

绅士化的过程是城市空间重构的过程,其在发展过程中将政治、政策、经济相联系,其结果必将对经济、社会和环境带来深远的影响。城市在绅士化的过程中能否降低城市空间分异,或者是否会加大居住分异的影响,这都对于城市居住的研究带来影响,因此对于绅士化对于居住分异的研究具有非常重要的意义。本文主要基于以往对于绅士化及空间居住分异的文献,通过对以往的文献研究,总结出绅士化对于城市空间的影响,最后并提出减少负面影响的建议。

The process of gentrification is the process of urban spatial reconstruction, which links politics, policy and economy in the process of development and will have a profound impact on economy, society and environment. It is very important for the study of residence differentiation in the process of gentrification on whether it will increase or decrease the urban spatial differentiation. Based on the literature reviews on spatial residence differentiation, this paper summarizes the impact of gentrification on urban spatial differentiation, and finally puts forward suggestions to reduce the negative impact.
