我国自来水行业水表政策现状与存在问题浅析

Analysis of Current Situation and Existing Problems of Water Meter Policy in Water Supply Industry of China

水表作为计量水的法定计量工具,已成为自来水公司必备的硬件配套设施。本文从供水企业水表使用角度出发,梳理了水表行业管理职能体系及水表在使用过程中涉及的相关政策法规,并分析了目前出台的相关政策对水表使用所起到的支撑作用,同时提出了存在的相关问题与建议。

As a legal tool for water measurement, water meter has become a necessary hardware supporting facilities for water companies. From the point of view of water meter use in water supply enterprises, this paper sorts out the management function system of water meter industry as well as the related policies and regulations involved in the process of water meter use. At the same time, the supporting effect of the related policies on the use of water meter is analyzed, and the related problems and suggestions are pointed out.
