摘要 概述普拉梭菌的生物学特性及其与炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、结直肠癌、肥胖和Ⅱ型糖尿病等疾病的相关性研究,讨论宿主生理、病理条件对普拉梭菌的影响以及普拉梭菌对宿主的益生作用。 This paper reviews the biological characteristics of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii and the correlation with inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,colorectal cancer,obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus,and discuss the influence of the host physiological and pathological conditions on F.prausnitzii and the probiotic effect of F.prausnitzii on the host.
