川陈皮素聚合物胶束的制备及其工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 目的制备川陈皮素聚合物胶束,增加其溶解度,并对其处方工艺进行优化。方法以泊洛沙姆188为载体材料,采用薄膜水化法制备川陈皮素聚合物胶束。以包封率为主要考察指标,通过单因素实验分别考察各因素对聚合物胶束质量的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,利用正交设计法优化处方工艺。结果采用川陈皮素12 mg、载体材料泊洛沙姆188 120 mg和水化用量8 mL,于70℃旋蒸温度下成膜,可制得包封率较高的川陈皮素聚合物胶束。结论成功制备了川陈皮素聚合物胶束,并以包封率为主要考察指标,筛选出制备聚合物胶束的最佳工艺。 Objective To prepare nobiletin polymer micelles for improving nobiletin solubility in water,and to optimize the formulation process.Methods The nobiletin polymeric micelles were prepared by using thin-film hydration method with poloxamer 188 as a carrier material.Polymeric micelles were designed in varying the drug contents,rotary evaporation temperature,and amount of hydration in "one factor at a time" fashion.The micellar formulation process was optimized by an orthogonal experimental design.Results The results showed that nobiletin polymer micelles with high encapsulation efficiency were obtained by using 12 mg nobiletin,120 mg carrier material poloxamer 188,8 mL hydration,under the film formation conditions at a temperature of 70 ℃ rotary evaporation.Conclusion The nobiletin polymer micelles were successfully prepared,and the major parameters for preparation were obtained when the encapsulation efficiency used as indicators.
