摘要 在小学低年级阶段,学生还处于幼年阶段,在正式进入学习生涯的过程中难免出现不适应等现象,这种现象是正常的,是学生向学校环境的一种过渡。而班主任作为一个班级的管理者,应对孩子们的心理活动更加重视。本文也将以此作为探讨分析的切入角度,着重阐述在小学低年级班主任管理中的情感艺术,希望对该领域的研究起到正面作用,也为关心这一话题的人们提供参考。 In the lower grades of elementary school, students are still in their infancy, and it is inevitable that they will not adapt to the process of officially entering their learning career,this phenomenon is normal and is a transition from students to the school environment. As a class manager, the class teacher should pay more attention to children’s psychological activities. This article will also use this as a starting point for discussion and analysis, focusing on the art of emotion in the management of primary teachers in the lower grades, hoping to play a positive role in research in this field, and also provide a reference for people who care about this topic.
