自从1946年,第一台"ENIAC"计算机被人类发明以来,计算机凭其强大的计算能力,不知疲倦的工作能力,得到了人类社会的青睐,如何利用计算机,如何让计算机根据人类的指令做事,就需要"编程语言"了,随着计算机硬件的越来越强大,人类需要计算机做的事也越来越多,进一步推动着"编程语言"不断的向人类更易懂,更易开发,机器执行越快的方向发展。

Since 1946,the first computer "ENIAC" was human invention,since the computer with its powerful computing ability,the tireless work ability,get the favour of the human society,how to use the computer,how to make computers do things according to the human instruction,you need to "programming language",along with the computer hardware is getting stronger and stronger,humans need a computer to do more and more,further promote the "programming language" to the human to understand more,are more likely to develop and execute faster in the direction of the development machine.
