摘要
目的:研究淹水胁迫下不同砧木嫁接对西瓜幼苗生理特性的影响。方法:以青花斑等4种不同西瓜砧木为材料,研究淹水胁迫下,不同砧木对西瓜幼苗地上部鲜重、干重、根系活力、叶绿素含量、光合速率和保护酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果:研究结果表明,与对照组相比,淹水胁迫下西瓜嫁接苗叶片保护酶活性、叶绿素含量、光合速率、根系活力等等生理指标显著提高,其中“青花斑”砧木嫁接的西瓜幼苗生长势较好,其地上部鲜重、根系鲜重分别达到28.4 g·plant^-1、4.56 g·plant^-1,地上部干重、根系干重分别比自根苗提高了38.5%、45.5%;其次为“日本雪松”和“早生西砧”砧木,表现较差的砧木为“砧冠”。结论:“青花斑”砧木嫁接西瓜可以提高耐涝性。
Objective:In order to study the effects of different rootstocks on physiological characteristics of watermelon seedlings under waterlogging stress.Methods:The effects of different rootstocks on the fresh weight,dry weight,root activity,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and protective enzyme activities of watermelon seedlings under different waterlogging stress were studied under four different watermelon rootstocks.Results:The results showed that the protective enzyme activities,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and root activity of watermelon grafted leaves were significantly improved under the waterlogging stress,compared with the control,and the watermelon seedlings grafted by‘qinghuaban’rootstocks had better growth potential,its shoot fresh weight and the roots fresh weight reached 28.4 g·plant^-1 and 4.56 g·plant^-1,respectively.The dry weight of roots and root dry weight were increased by 38.5%and 45.5%,respectively.Followed by‘Japan xusong’and‘zaoshengxizhen’rootstocks,the poorly performing rootstock is the‘zhenguan’.Conclusion:Grafting watermelon with‘qinghuaban’rootstock can improve waterlogging resistance.
