摘要
目的:优化女贞子中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验考察结果的基础上,使用四因素三水平试验的响应面法,其中四个考察因素为乙醇浓度、提取时间、回流提取温度、料液比;将各个因素与其响应值之间建立数学模型,研究其对女贞子中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果:女贞子中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为提取温度为79℃,溶剂比为70%、料液比为1∶32、回流提取时间为1.25 h。此条件下女贞子中的黄酮类化合物的提取率为5.43769 mg/g,是同等质量下女贞子中黄酮化合物提取率的最大值。结论:此条件下可得到女贞子中黄酮类化合物的最大提取率,结果真实可靠,可为今后的生产提取工艺提供参考依据。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Ligustrum lucidum.Methods:Based on the results of single factor test,response surface method of four factors and three levels test were used.The four factors were ethanol concentration,reflux extraction time,reflux extraction temperature,material liquid ratio.The mathematical model was established between each factor and its response value to study the overall effect on the extraction rate of flavonoids in Ligustrum lucidum.Results:The best extraction technology of flavonoids in Ligustrum lucidum was that the extraction temperature was 79℃,solvent ratio was 70%,material liquid ratio was 1∶32,reflux extraction time was 1.25 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids in Ligustrum lucidum is 5.43769 mg/g,which is the maximum under the same quality.Conclusion:Under this condition,the maximum extraction rate of flavonoids in Ligustrum lucidum can be obtained,The results are true and reliable,which can provide reference for the future production and extraction process.
