面齿轮分流传动系功率流传递特性研究

摘要 针对面齿轮-圆柱齿轮两次分流传动系统的特点,建立面齿轮分流传动系统的非线性动力学模型,开展圆柱齿轮-面齿轮分流传动系统的振动功率流特性研究。根据该模型采用两次动力分流传动来研究其振动特性,传动系统输入级采用面齿轮分流传动,同时实现换向和动力分流;相对于行星齿轮传动输出而言,采用圆柱齿轮分流及并车传动。仿真结果显示转速升高会显著提升面齿轮分流传动系统中频段的功率流峰值;较大的误差幅值对应较大的振动功率流输入,尤其是中频段和低频段处的功率流峰值增加明显;传递功率对面齿轮分流传动系统的振动输入功率的影响主要表现在中频区段。研究结果揭示系统重要参数对振动输入功率流的影响规律,为直升机面齿轮-圆柱齿轮两次功率分流传动新构型的研制提供理论基础。 Aiming at the characteristics of the double-split transmission system of the face gear-cylinder gear,the nonlinear dynamic model of the face gear split drive system is established,and the vibration power characteristics of the spur gear-to-face gear split drive system are studied.According to the model,the vibration characteristics of the transmission system are studied by using two times of power split transmission.The input stage of the transmission system adopts the face gear split transmission to realize the commutation and power split at the same time.Compared with the output of the planetary gear transmission,the cylindrical gear split and parallel transmission are used.The simulation results show that the increase of the speed will significantly increase the power flow peak of the frequency band in the surface gear splitting transmission system;the larger error amplitude corresponds to the larger vibration power flow input,especially the peak of the power flow at the middle and low frequency bands increases significantly.The effect of the transmitted power on the vibration input power of the differential gear drive system is mainly reflected in the intermediate frequency section.The research results reveal the influence of the important parameters of the system on the vibration input power flow.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of a new configuration of two power split transmissions of helicopter face gear and cylindrical gear.
