基于 Peplau 人际关系模式的家庭访视在抑郁症患者康复中的应用研究

Application of family visit based on Peplau interpersonal model in the rehabilitation of depression patients

目的探讨基于Peplau人际关系模式的家庭访视在抑郁症患者康复中的应用。方法选取某市精神卫生中心82例出院后抑郁症患者,应用随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用电话、微信随访管理;研究组在此基础上运用Peplau人际关系模式进行认识期、确认期、进展期、解决期4期的家庭访视。比较家庭访视前后患者应对方式、生存质量和家庭访视满意度。结果研究组在家庭访视6个月后应对方式、生存质量中生理、心理及社会关系领域维度评分、满意度得分均优于对照组(P<0.01),两组在生活质量中的环境领域维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于Peplau人际关系模式的家庭访视有效提高出院抑郁症患者生存质量和满意度,改善其对疾病的应对方式,更好地促进疾病康复。

Objective To explore the application of family visit based on Peplau interpersonal model in the rehabilitation of depression patients.Methods A total of 82 depression patients were selected who were discharged from a mental health center,the randomized numerical tables were divided into 40 cases in the study group and 42 cases in the control group.The control group adopted telephone and WeChat follow-up management.The study group were used the Peplau interpersonal relationship model to conduct 4 family visits during the recognition period,confirmation period,progress period,and resolution period.Before and after the visit,coping style,quality of life and satisfaction of family visit were adopted and compared.Results After 6 months of family visit,the scores of coping style,physical,psychological and social dimension in quality of life,and satisfaction questionnaire of family visit in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01),but there was non difference in environmental dimension of life quality(P>0.05).Conclusion Family visits based on the Peplau interpersonal model is effective in improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients discharged from hospital with depression,enhancing the coping style of disease and better promote to rehabilitation.
