护士病人安全能力自评量表的汉化及信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version on the Patient Safety Competency Self-Evaluation scale among nurses

目的翻译引进病人安全能力自评量表并对其信度和效度进行检验。方法以Brislin翻译模型为基础,采用两人直译-回译法,通过专家小组评议及跨文化调适,形成中文版病人安全能力自评量表。采取方便抽样的方法选取544名护士进行调查,分析其信度、效度。结果中文版病人安全能力自评量表共提取3个公因子,解释方差贡献率为77.868%,量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.985,各维度Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.983、0.971、0.951;量表的折半信度为0.890,各维度的折半信度分别为0.946、0.936、0.929;量表水平的内容效度中全体一致性S-CVI为0.949,平均S-CVI为0.990。结论中文版病人安全能力自评量表具有良好的信度、效度,可作为我国护士病人安全能力自我评价的有效工具。

Objective To translate the English version of the Patient Safety Competency Self-Evaluation(PSCSE)scale into Chinese and evaluate the reliability and validity.Methods Based on the Brislin translation model,the Chinese version of PSCSE was introduced by adopting the back-translation and through expert panel review and cross-cultural adaptation.And used convenience sampling method,investigated 544 nurses to analyze the reliability and validity.Results Factor analysis indicated three dimensions of the scale and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.868%.Internal consistency was confirmed by Cronbach'sαcoefficient of 0.985,the Cronbach'sαof three factors was 0.983,0.971 and 0.951 respectively.The split half reliability was 0.890 for total scale and 0.946,0.936 and 0.929 for its dimensions.The S-CVI/UA was 0.949 and S-CVI/Ave was 0.990.Conclusion The Chinese version of PSCSE shows good reliability and validity,that can be used as a valid tool to assess the patient safety competency of nurses in China.
