乳腺癌幸存者性体验质性研究的Meta整合

The sexual experience of breast cancer survivors:a Meta-synthesis of qualitative studies

目的系统评价乳腺癌幸存者性体验,为制订有效的干预措施提高乳腺癌幸存者的性生活质量提供理论依据。方法检索Web of Science、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Medline、EBSCO、CNKI、CBM、WanFang Data、VIP等数据库,纳入所有关于乳腺癌幸存者性相关体验的质性研究,在进行方法学质量评价后采用Meta整合的方法对研究结果进行归纳与诠释。结果共纳入8篇文献,将结果归纳分类,最终形成10个新的类别和5个整合结果,包括:意识到性生活的重要意义;不断面对不良性体验产生的负性情感;遭受严重的性功能障碍;渴望得到充足的信息支持;逐渐建立新的希望。结论医务人员需充分关注乳腺癌幸存者性生活状况,给予相应的帮助与指导,从而改善乳腺癌幸存者的身心状况,提高整体生活质量。

Objective To systematically evaluate the sexual experience of breast cancer survivors and provide theoretical basis for formulating effective interventions to improve the quality of sexual life of breast cancer survivors.Methods Search the databases of Web of Science,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Medline,EBSCO,CNKI,CBM,WanFang Data,VIP,etc.,to collected all relevant qualitative research,and summarize the research results by Meta integration after the methodological quality evaluation.Results A total of 8 literatures were included,and the results were summarized and classified.Finally,10 new categories and 5 integrated results were formed,including awareness of the significance of sexual life,constant exposure to negative emotions caused by bad sexual experiences,barriers to function,desire for adequate information support,gradually build new hope.Conclusion Medical staff should pay more attention on the sexual life of breast cancer survivors and give corresponding help and guidance,so as to improve the physical and mental status of breast cancer survivors and improve the overall quality of life.
