舒适护理模式缓解乳腺癌患者术前疲劳和焦虑的效果研究

Effect of Comfort Nursing Model on relieving preoperative fatigue and anxiety of breast cancer patients

目的评价舒适护理模式对缓解乳腺癌患者术前疲劳和焦虑的作用,为开展乳腺癌患者术前焦虑研究提供依据,为更好地关爱乳腺癌患者提供参考。方法选取251例乳腺癌住院患者为研究对象,2017年12月至2018年4月入院的128例患者为对照组,2018年5月至8月入院的123例患者为干预组。对照组患者进行常规术前护理,干预组在此基础上运用舒适护理模式对患者进行干预,包括组建护理支持小组、强化家庭支持、开展同伴教育与团体支持疗法、提供针对性舒适化护理等措施,分别在干预前后比较两组患者疲劳和焦虑情况。结果实施舒适护理干预后,干预组的疲劳和焦虑评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术前疲劳、焦虑情况明显,术前为患者实施舒适护理干预,可缓解患者的疲劳及焦虑情绪,增强患者治疗依从性,利于手术的顺利进行,改善治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Comfort Nursing Model on reducing the preoperative fatigue and anxiety of breast cancer patients,in order to provide evidence for promoting preoperative fatigue and anxiety relative research to breast cancer patients and better takecare for them.Methods A total of 251 breast cancer patients were selected as the research objects,and admitted from December 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the control group(128 cases),admitted from May to August 2018 were enrolled in the intervention group(123 cases).The control group was offered routine treatment of breast cancer patients,and the intervention group accepted Comfort Nursing Model on the basis,included establishing supportive psychological nursing group,strengthing family support,providing peer education and group support therapy,providing targeted and comfortable nursing.Before and after the intervention,situation of fatigue and anxiety were compared between control group and intervention group.Results After the intervention,the fatigue and anxiety average scores of intervention group were obviously lower than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion It is obvious that breast cancer patients existing preoperative fatigue and anxiety.For this part of patients,providing Comfort Nursing Model before operation can effectively alleviate preoperative fatigue and anxiety,facilitate the smooth operation and enhance therapeutic effect of the operation.
