基于Delphi法构建关节置换术后深静脉血栓预防干预方案 被引量:7

摘要 目的以关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓的护理工作为核心,利用Delphi法构建关节置换术后ICU患者深静脉血栓预防干预方案。方法综合运用文献法和访谈法,初步确定深静脉血栓预防护理项目清单。采用Delphi法进行两轮专家咨询,确定关节置换术后深静脉血栓预防干预方案。结果两轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0.914和0.907,第2轮咨询变异系数最大为0.265,最小为0.117,协调系数为0.796,专家的评估结果趋于一致。最终确定的关节置换术后深静脉血栓预防性护理方案共3个一级指标、11个二级指标、32个三级指标。结论基于Delphi法构建的关节置换术患者的深静脉血栓预防护理方案体现了此类患者术后预防性护理要点,可为临床提供参考。 Objective To set up a preventive intervention program based on Delphi method with the nursing work of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)patients after joint replacement surgery in ICU.Methods A comprehensive checklist of DVT preventive nursing items were initially established by literature review and interview.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted to determine the nursing work of DVT patients after joint replacement surgery.Results Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.914 and 0.907.In the second round of consultation,the maximum coefficient of variation was 0.265,the minimum was 0.117,and the Cronbach'sαwas 0.796.Finally,a set of DVT preventive nursing plan was constructed,including 3 dimensions,11 secondary indicators and 32 specific items.Conclusion The preventive nursing scheme of DVT for patients undergoing joint replacement based on Delphi method showes the key points of preventive nursing and can provide reference for clinical practice.
