This paper analyzes the characteristics of the high-pressure heat exchangerΩsealing ring,combined with the replacement construction process of theΩsealing ring in the maintenance of the high-pressure hydrogenation unit,discusses the problems and precautions in the maintenance.The heat exchanger after inspection and repair runs normally,and the output fully reaches the design load after being put into production.
