稀土合金在工业铅酸蓄电池中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 对稀土合金Pb-Ca-Sn-Al-La在铅酸蓄电池正板栅中的应用进行了研究。首先采用金相显微镜、循环伏安、交流阻抗和恒流腐蚀测试等方法研究了稀土合金的微观形貌和电化学性能;进而采用稀土合金制作铅酸蓄电池,研究了稀土合金对于工业铅酸蓄电池容量和寿命的影响。结果表明,Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金中添加La,能够细化合金晶粒,同时提高合金腐蚀层的导电性,进而可以有效地提升电池的容量和深循环性能;但La的引入会造成板栅的腐蚀程度增加,促进板栅的蠕变,从而影响电池的循环寿命。 The application of rare earth alloy Pb-Ca-Sn-AI-La in the positive grid of lead-acid battery was studied.The effects of microscopic and electrochemical properties of rare earth alloys were investigated by metallographic,cyclic voltammetry,alternating current impedance and constant current corrosion tests.Besides,the effect of rare earth alloy on capacity and life of industrial lead-acid battery was studied.The results show that the addition of lanthanum in the alloy can refine the grain size,and improve the electrical conductivity of the alloy corrosion layer,which can effectively improve the battery capacity and deep cycle performance.However,the corrosion rate of rare earth alloys is accelerated,which promotes the growth and creep of the grid and affects the cycle life of the battery.
