摘要
谐振复位单端正激电路中谐振复位电路的特征阻抗及频率影响了电源的可靠性,详细描述了电路5个工作模态中开关管漏极电压、工作电流、变压器励磁电流及复位电压的工作状态。应用Saber软件对谐振复位单端正激电路中开关管在不同工作条件下的电压应力及工作电流变化的工作状态进行了分析,并通过一个实例的设计和测试验证了分析的正确性。
The characteristic impedance and frequency of the resonant reset circuit affect the reliability of the power supply.This paper describes the working states of the drain-source voltage,working current,field current and reset voltage of the transformer in five working modes of the circuit in details.Saber software is used to analyze the voltage stress and the working state of the switch under different working conditions.The correctness of the analysis is verified by the design and test of an example.
